I am giving you a one star because of the responses to these reviews. Be accountable, apologise. Even if you have never heard of these people. You could say something like - "Hello, thank you for your feed back. I am sorry that you have had a negative experience, I don't see that we have had a booking with you please call us to discuss this further." Instead of calling people liars etc when they can even name key people. Don't be an arrogant person. Humble yourself.

NEVER HIRE OR TRUST JOLLY JUMP NZ. Where do I start. I'd prefer to leave with a NO star but I wanted to highlight the fact that you scored a 1 out of 5 for a NO SHOW, NO MESSAGE and NO ANSWER from 8 attempts to call you within an hour AFTER you were due to arrive and set up at my niece's birthday. You left our whaanau in the dust. When I phoned and booked I spoke with a JAMES and he reassured me he would send me an email to confirm booking. He never did BUT I really wanted the Disney Princess Castle he advertised SO I pursued and followed up with a phone call. JAMES answered again and he reassured me the booking had be confirmed and that he would see me on the day - arriving before 11am. I rang him again to triple check that we were expecting him and he reassured me yet again - payment on the day - will see you before 11am, booking until 3pm. I felt confident and expected to see Jolly Jump NZ and the Castle which reflected the theme before 11am. By 11.15am I started worrying. No show at all. No one answered the phone. Then both landline and mobile phone went straight to voicemail. By 12pm I was in tears. Luckily I managed to get within an hour through The Fun Warehouse! I rang Jolly Jump NZ again a day later and James answered. He said MIKE was sick and that he was minding the phones for him. He also LIED and said it wasn't him who I talked to earlier and he has never spoken to me before. What an idiot. What a liar. NEVER NEVER NEVER book and trust this business. NEVER!!!
