Great store, really friendly staff, excellent service. I went Christmas shopping for my nephew's and sister's husband, they had plenty of options for these true Southern men! Good prices too. Plenty of parking out front and wheelchair accessible too. Totally the stop for all things outdoors for everyone!
Was going to PB Tech next door but they didn't open till 0930 so checked out hunting and fishing. I had a few internet searches for stuff from H&F in the past but never ended up going to the H&F store. Anyway, I go in there and the customer service is so good. Got my dog a jersey and an oil skin rain coat! Bloody stoked! They also let my dog come into the store to size the items which I guess is normal but wasn't expected because I hadn't considered H&F to be a pet store alternative till yesterday. We'll be back for more stuff definitely. One point is can you add afterpay as an in store option as well please?

Easy trade of a new item discovered to be damaged after purchase
All the staff I dealt with were amazingly patient and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them to explain or demonstrate and they even let me put up the tent I was buying, in the store to check i could do it by myself. They're getting all my camping business now.
The shop was well laid out with plenty of selection. The assistant who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful & polite
