Absolutely stunning, beautiful, historical scenery.. really great experience to go through the one kilometer tunnel and the dark windows tunnel walkway, the kids love it! Its a busy place, many come here to walk, cycle, relax, parking is always full on a weekend..

Lovely place for a swim. Cool tunnel and place was very rich in history. Great for mountain biking. Make sure to wear a wide brimmed hat and put plenty of sunscreen as walking areas are very exposed. Gravel path.

Super pretty loads to see. Lots of interesting places not to hard to get to to explore. Can easily spend a day or more there going through the ruins of the old mines and tunnels. Plus the views are spectacular.

Beautiful place and a definate must visit too. The suspension bridge overlooking the gorge was spectacular. Then you enter into a series of dry caves which were at one point in time gold mines . The cart tracks remain to this day and the mines keep tunneling indefinitely into the pitch black. It's fun walking those caves. Remember to take a torch because the phone light is no match for the pitch blackness inside. These tunnels suddenly open into holes in the side of these mountains overlooking the magnificant gorge .Tempted you enough??? Now you visit and share your vivid experiences too.

What a wonderful walk. My hubby and I explored here along the windows walk last Saturday. Took about an hour on return. I was a bit scared while walking through the dark tunnels. You may need a torch or phone light. Absolutely had a great time to understand its historical background and appreciate its beautiful scenery. Will go back soon. Highly recommended.

Great spot for a day trip to take it one or many of the walks. The sights are stunning and it's a good flat walk to bike ride with heaps on offer. Definitely a great spot to visit instead of just passing through
