I found Kritara’s coaching extremely beneficial while I was working through some difficult challenges in my business and personal life. She guided me out of the darkness and helped me face the fears I was running away from. One of those being hosting an event and public speaking. In just 8 weeks of coaching I tackled my fears head on and set achievable goals to work through what needed to be done so that I could move forward. I can proudly say that I not only dismantled the fears holding me back but also achieved my goal and hosted my first event!
