Had my son's birthday here and it was seriously great. Food and party set up was all taken care of. Great communication with Staff. Kids had a blast playing and it meant we could relax. Most stress free birthday yet!

The best place to take your children to spend some energy, have an amazing experience running free around the several castles, slides, trampolines, and so many more things to explore. Plenty of space for parking, nice cafe, safe environment and also perfect for the kids birthday parties.
The older , big boned, lady at front desk is too slow.When it gets busy , she seems to get slower , grumpy and rude. She is not listening to you and then misunderstands you. I think they should assign someone friendlier and more efficient at front desk, somone who can handle crowd in better way. Or if she is the manager, as she behaves a one , I reccommond you not to deal with customers , otherwise you won't see them coming back
I think it's a fairly nice place for kids to play although it's a bit old, really need some upgrades for the facilities.
Great venue for the little kids with lots of things to keep them busy. Looks like a good venue to have birthday parties also. The food there was also good. Will recommend that you go there.
Busy and bustling. They are extending but causes no disturbance to patrons. Staff on the floor for assistance. Helpful and approachable staff. Need more vegetarian options...
Our kids had a blast !!! and they did not want to leave, even though it was near closing time. Kids had so much fun, the staff were so excellent especially the Māori lady , who helped our so much, she made our experience so enjoyable and I wish their was more people in the world like her. Thank you so much for the great day out.
