Came here with my kids as we all have caught the stomach bug. After realizing that I am an American who is temporarily here to care for a sick family member, the doctor in charge today proceeded to inform us that he is a Trump supporter (in his words "Trump is the only man that can handle the world as it is right now") and made the negligent claims that COVID is a worldwide political ploy to control people and for pharmaceutical companies to make money... And that most doctors in New Zealand share this ludicrous sentiment. It is bewildering to me that someone of his stature and professional background would make such irresponsible claims to a patient in the midst of a very real global pandemic. After wasting about five minutes talking to him about how dangerous his words are (especially coming from a medical professional), I thanked him and left as I refuse to waste any more precious seconds entertaining his delusions. I am writing this review as I am extremely disturbed and in utter disbelief of this exchange. I truly hope that this doctor thinks twice next time he chooses to share his false assertion that COVID is a hoax and to have compassion for his fellow doctors fighting it, those sick/dying who have contracted it, those who have died from it and the family members left behind. Poor quality all round. Can't blame the staff, obviously trickles down from management, POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR FACILITY!

Had the worst experience at this place. I specifically asked for 3 tests to be done, the doctor that I saw only did 2. I found out a few days later and rang them, but was told by one of the nurses to go to my own gp. Rude and careless. And they still took my money. Also sent them an email with a complaint, says on their website they would respond to all complaints but it’s been months now and I never got anything back. Never again!

Despite all the negative reviews about this place, I had a very good experience. It's expected that you pay 85 for a professional to see you outside normal doctor hours. It's also a deterrent for those that don't need to be there. I took my little girl in and the doctor we saw was very helpful, compassionate and made me feel validated for my concerns. Highly recommend.

Stuck in NZ due to covid (I'm American) and ran out of my meds, the lady on the phone was lovely and polite and the nurses and doctors were great. I got there shortly after they opened for the day and waited only about 20 mins. Paid about 130 NZD for the appointment and scripts.

Zero . Don't recommend these guys. I reached there at 10 pm and was told that they were fully booked to be taken past 11pm (their closing time). Suggested me to go to A&E. I told nurse that I do not want to see a doctor but only if she could check my BP because I was having symptoms. She refused by saying that if my BP comes abnormal then they have to legally admit me and they don't want to do that. It means that they don't care if you have stroke or die on the way to A&E. No morality. No respect. Horrifying experience.

Went there at 9, they said, fully booked go to Emergency acroos the road, in emergency they let people wait for 4 to 5 hours and keep telling people go to after hours.
