Amazing customer service with owners who visibly care about their customers. I purchased some camo trousers via TradeMe but the wrong style were accidentally shipped out- they were more than happy to ship out some replacements of another pant at no additional cost. Got the Goretex jacket and pants yesterday. At first I thought they were huge but got them on with my gear and they fit. Dry as a bone after 1.5hrs in the rain and mud yesterday. Repel water and dirt and are 100% waterproof. Good quality gear. Realistic prices. Good service. Thank you
