Love coming in here as staff are easy to chat to and always go above and beyond to help you. For example, one staff member helped me pick the right surfboard for my experience level and also helped carry the surfboard to my car. Thanks Torpedo7!! :)

The worst customer service ever! I bought a product which was 34.99 shown on the tag and they charged me 39.99. When I went back to claim the refund, the manager Gary was very rude. Wasn’t willing to listen to me patiently and shouted at me and my partner. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE I will never come back.

Great store layout, nice and clean and easy to find what you're looking for with areas sorted by brands. Went in looking for The North Face Gotham III Mens Jacket. Was offered great customer service from a young bloke named Ashley who directed me to the fitting rooms and assisted with my purchase. Better experience here compared to their old K Road Store and the original Newmarket Store by The Warhouse.

Quite a large store in the Newmarket Westfield on level 2, by the bridge to the 277 side. It has quite a large range of items which shift with the season. They also have clothing and other gear in store.

Westfield Newmarket. Wow just wow super new complex with shops still opening left right n center, this part of Westfield is only one wing of the total mall. looks like its two whole city blocks once fully open, paid parking n free 1st 2 hours via a new nation wide parking app.. got everything plus more n more once fully open..
