Today had a bad experience Asked a tea without ice but offered with ice Then I told the tea has ice. But a worker came ti argument saying tea does not have ice but added because its warm . Doesnt make any sense and didnt want to admit the mistake they have done. whats the point of having zero ice in the menu? Really disappointed about the dishonesty and the customer service and not recommending this place to anyone. Doesn’t deserve a single star

Ordered a large taro milk tea with pearls. Pearls weren't that sweet, the taro drink was bitter for some reason, and the drink was very dilute.
