Very friendly service. I turned up had asthma and the lady behind the counter got me a drink of water before I could order my ticket. How often would people do that

Where are the bicycle racks? Good shelter from the rain/wind.
Clean, modern facilities including a bathroom and coffee kiosk. Great customer service from the ticketing booth (and on the train).
A nice clean station with indoor seating in waiting areas for both the northbound and southbound tracks. The brand new covered bike rack looks neat.
No loos available on Sundays. And of course - none on the trains! Not a user friendly situation!

New ticket office is reasonably modern and is in a good location right next to the shops.
