Ponsonby Automotive were incredibly helpful and professional. Went in for a WOF and were able to fix all issues and went above and beyond in customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!

Asked for my warrant of fitness to be done, standard cost of 60. I thought great, there might be a couple of minor things wrong with the vehicle but shouldn't be too bad. I get a call, saying that I need to get a few items fix all I hear is a mumbled amount. Then I get to the shop, they charge me 800. Including 2 hours of labour for replacing a light. Don't recommend.

Steve is so lovely! Went in thinking it was one problem, and set me straight and helped me out. I'm not confident every mechanic would do that. And to top it off he gave me a discount. Never going anywhere else!

I told them to check the sparkplugs. They then told me it was the electronics from the engine and this its why the engine is not running on all cylinders and I payed for this work to be done. It turned out that it was the sparkplugs when I went to a different mechanic. Make sure they do the exact job you tell them.

Have taken the work fleet and my personal cars to Steve and the boys for a few years now. They can't be faulted, very very honest and know what they're talking about. No problem too big or too small in my experience. I would highly recommend making them your go to mechanics.

They got my car running again but they broke the soft close of one of my back doors. They did their thing but I wouldn't go back there.
