Its spectacular. The most beautiful, amazing views on a clear sunny day.Well worth the hundreds of stairs up to the top.

Cycled up on the Te Ara Utiwai track which was very enjoyable uphill only track on a very blustery day. Track was fairly sheltered but Colonial Know was [predictably] blowing a hugh gale. Stayed long enough to see the view & get cold before toodling back off done the hills. Lots of fun!
Fantastic views. Good climb with lots of steps through forest. Just do it!
