Had to return my bike purchased from the porirua store for a small issue, Todd and his team looked at it and and promptly got it fixed under warranty and gave the rest of the bike a tune up. Great knowledgeable team, friendly service. Good selection of bikes and product in store. Highly recommended.

Brought the hideaway 4 tent from NZ Porirua branch and when trying to put up the tent, we found out it had a manufacturing defect on the ropes. When we went to return the tent, the manager said they wouldn’t accept it as it was slightly wet. We said we could dry it and then give it. It mentions 30 days no hassle return policy, but they didn’t accept the return. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with this international brand. Rather go with Kiwi camping next time.

Being short staffed - as they admitted - you'd think that they would have been a lot more attentive to people in store. The guy who did help me after I asked was helpful but he was just lolling around with his mate in the bike department really killing time. I wasn't the only one looking for help. That said. Best selection of larger fittings for tramping and off road shoes in Wellington. Got what I wanted!!

T7 Porirua is a large well located store with ample parking. The layout of the store was easy to find product and not cluttered. The staff were helpful and made good suggestions for my issue. I recommend.

Torpedo 7 Porirua seems unsure of its role and outputs as a sports store provider of so many sporting fields. The cycle shop area is the largest and seems to have 1 or 2 helpfull team members. But the cycle area requires a much better layout and clearer pricing on discounted goods so the customer can compare differences to T7 online prices. My shopping experience was good last weekend, but has been interesting in the past

Money in hand ready to purchase an inversion machine. All the attendants are by the counter. Can I get someone to demo the inversion machine? Sorry Sir, we cant do that. A spring on the machine broke a few days ago. Ok so is there an alternative? No we don't know how to assemble another one. Can I buy one that's in a box then. Yes but you wont be able to return it. I don't how a Company can succeed if the sales staff primarily promotes reasons why it cannot sell me a stock item or have the intelligence to at least to take my details so they can contact me when the item is repaired and in stock.

Great quality products but the store is seriously understaffed. Everytime we have been there it hasn't been too busy. Would hate to know what it's like if seriously busy.
