Great staff greeting! professional, yet personsble explanation of the attraction. She made it honest and fun, without giving away the magic. It was a great experience, specially with how they worded things in the experience for a worldly 8 year old.

HAD AN AMAZING TIME HERE TODAY!! Went with two of my friends and it was so much fun!! I get scared easily so was a bit worried, however the actors and the set up made it so much fun and i had a great experience!! would definitely recommend when you're in Queenstown! Thank you so much! ALSO would love to say, the staff member who did the safety briefing was so good!! loved her scary makeup, enthusiasm and kindness! the actors were amazing!! Thank you heaps
My hubby and my daughter had a great time here. For the sake of their fun, I didn't chicken out. I just kept closing my eyes and hiding behind my hubby’s back ALL THE WAY so that I didn't know exactly what was happening but screamed a lot. We bought a photo pack which was fantastic but can’t find me in the picture, LOL!
Scary. Didn’t open my eyes the whole time I was there. Lol

I thought I was fearless. But they somehow managed to scare the bejesus out of me!! Luckily, my partner made a good human shield. So I managed to get through it unharmed. Great fun!
Was Freakin' Awesome! I got a great scare, scream hysterically, laughed hysterically and was super proud I made it through, even my friend, who is very had to scare, got a few good frights.
Wow, what a unique experience. I went in dubious about how they would manage to scare us when we were aware that we were trying to be scared, but it was extremely effective. Even my boyfriend got scared, which I have never seen before so that's really saying something. Truly excellent. I will not be going back because I got so scared, so consider that to be a testament to the skill of the actors and staff.
