Just went in for a brake service on my bike (needed new pads), simple job right? No, left the bike service area with my brake lever broken (the oil wouldn't go in I was told). So instead of just needing the new pads (which I got it anyway) now I have to get a new lever too, and thing was the person who was doing the service made it sound like it was my fault, that it was broken prior the service (wth!) I was using the bike, just needed new pads ffs.

Hamish! Legend. Overly excited for ski season mid March and they got me sorted with my bindings, skis and boot molding way ahead of the game. Shoutout to Ben and everyone who helped as well. Great price and super helpful.

Just after a bike rack to hire for a week. Seems like the rental person doesn't like people or have any idea of customer service. Ended up buying one in torpedo 7 shop next door. The salesman in the shop was great

I hired an emtb to ride to the top of Ben Lomond and my second day a trance 29r to 7 mile. Jordan and the guys in the shop are absolute legends, I had the best experience and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to ride bikes to go to them. If I had more time in QT I would be going again. Also it's 110% worth hiring a emtb to climb skyline we were at the top in 20 min from the access road and they are still alot of fun on the way down. They have a massive range of bikes to choose from for all skill levels. If you are reading this go hire a bike and ride!

An employee is not very hospitable, I am a guest to the store for consumption and seeking their Torpedo7 staff's professional help. But his arrogant attitude to me and my friends make me feel very uncomfortable. Just like we give money to him to beg him do something. Moreover, they have forgotten the consulting requirements that were promised to us. Such employees need to be retrained in the hospitality industry.

Rented 5 electric assist MTN bikes. One of which had a low charge. Tom replaced the bike with a better model (soft tail). Needless to say we all had a great time . Highly recommend them for bike hire. Also recommend the trail along the water to golf course It took 3 and half hours including a nice stop for lunch
