This business has no customer service what so ever wish I never dealt with them. Feel very ripped off. After spending over a 1000 to have our inverter generator fixed when collected it didn't sound the same & were told that was how it was suppose to sound??? Twice as loud as it did before! Ran for approx 3 weeks before it wasn't outputting any power. Took back and then told it was stata it needs replacing & would need to order. After several months of no contact from them apart from when we called in or phoned to find out status we phoned to stop any more work as didn't think it was worth ploughing anymore into it. We finally collected it a few months later finding it still in bits. Not once did we hear from them. Shocking customer service. My question to them if I was able to speak to them without things getting heated as they tend to get physical when confronted by an angry customer. Would the stata not have shown wear when they had it pulled apart when replacing inverter or have we just been duped from the start?
When you need a good generator or service it, ask these guys!!!
