Went in on Sunday, was completely ignored by the 3 staff members that were working. Other customers walking in were asked if they required help. Once I found what I was looking for I went to the counter where a gentleman was standing serving, for him to shrug me off to another sales person. After hearing such great things about this place, I was highly disappointed. I wont be back.
Really friendly welcome from both stores which was lovely to receive - get less and less of that these days - great service and advice from both Richard at Mt Maunganui and Kel at Tauranga - thanks guys
So disappointed. We lost our Anchor at sea, got in to Shore, called these guys and said we are from out of town and just lost our Anchor and need a new one. Our GPS says we will get to you at 5:02pm would you mind please waiting, we know what we need and won't take long. The guy in the phone said "The store shuts at 5pm sharp, if you're here, you're here, if you're not, we shut. We arrived at 5:01pm and they had already locked the doors and were walking to their cars. Absolutely shocking service! Our Auckland Albany branch would never do this to customers, you definitely need lessons in customer service!! Call them, they will teach you a thing or 50!
Amazing service at this store this afternoon - I went in to look for equipment for my recently purchased camper van, and the staff were so helpful and took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed,explain the options, and what to check for in my van, even though I didn't purchase anything today. I will certainly be going back when I am ready to purchase. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the time you took with me and the patience at explaining stuff.
