We applied for visitor visas three times now in person, and each time we were greeted by the same employee. She was very professional and to the point. Visas came down within a week and there was never any trouble.

covid-19の関係で国内線のキャンセルが続き、苦労していたときに訪れました。窓口に座っておられた白人の女性は日本語を上達させる必要があると思います。はっきり言って何を言っているのかわかりませんでした。その後で対応してくださった日本人の女性は、少し高圧的な感じがしましたが、私が探していた情報を提供してくださり本当に助かりました。
