This studio has a welcoming energy and you'll be treated as an individual, not just a number. Highly experienced, supportive and down to earth teachers. Rhys is generous with his time and his teachings weave in aspects of yoga beyond an asana practice. A good variety of classes are offered, suitable from beginners to advanced. Classes will challenge and extend you, but a strong focus on alignment and safety always remains. Recommend to anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing physically, mentally and spiritually.
