My boys made the mistake of putting the wrong fuel in the car on their drive down country to catch the interislander ferry to university. Sean and the team were amazing to fit them in at short notice and turn what could have been a complete disaster into a 4 hour lunch break and lesson about checking which fuel to use. Thanks guys for helping out!

Stück on the road with the rented campervan. We arrived 4.45 PM and the friendly lady at the reception told they closed 5 PM. A employee did a quick check at the car and the conclusion was we have to wait till next day. Very helpful to find the camping. Next day exactly 9AM they started working found the problem ordered a new alternator and 1.30 we were on the road again. The garage arranged all with the rental company so no costs for us. Broke down desert road after hours, no mobile network and raining, once I got network after walking 1km, they got to me and towed within 30min, hooked me up with one of their rentals to complete my trip to Akd. Left my truck with them to work on, confirmed it was an Auto Electrical issue, they towed to Buckton Auto Electrical in Taupo to complete the job. They also provide a pick up service so did not need to return rental to their shop. Cant thank them enough. well done guys keep up the good work.
Broke down in Turangi on my way to a job interview, pulled into Turangi Auto Centre, and the boys did a stellar job, diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and getting me back on the road. Would definitely recommend them.

Positives: friendly & genuine team, supplies Bosch parts, does very thorough warrant of fitness. Negatives: need to book WOFs well in advance, last job took almost 2 months before Xmas, they also did not start any work on my car until all parts arrived. Also battery went from sitting there too long.
