Friendly staff, polite, efficient. Been there numerous time. This is my second place to go to get bubble tea. I try a nee favor every time. One of my most ordered flavor is strawberry green mill tea. Very strange combo but taste really good . Not overpowering. Simply delicious. I have recommended this flavor to fee of my friends and they all liked my recommendations. I order mine with no sugar and no ice . I think this place might little bit more expensive than my first preference. But I still occasionally stop by to treat myself after a long day. I never had to stay a line or wait long time on my order but have seen that this place can be really packed. Try and see it for yourself !

Gong Cha on Manners Street is a pleasure to go to. The friendly and efficient staff really show their professionalism. They get my orders prefect every time. As a regular customer at the store its nice to know that even if there is a problem, which is a rarity. They will solve it in a instance will no questions asked.

An interesting experience with pearl tea. When I was invited to chew the bubbles I was able to appreciate the drink more.

I like this place. Seems, the staff find it hard to speak louder as they were wearing masks and looks not happy to repeat answer. Need to be more considerate, polite and have a smile on face. Sometimes it hard to understand options as you cant expect every customer know about everything you sell

These guys always make such great bubble tea. The only disappointment in today's experience was that a manager was telling off a staff infront of all the customers. Apart from that, great place to sit around and enjoy a good old bubble tea!

Delicious tea, very fresh in taste whereas before I don't think I realised the difference in taste between the powder teas and fresh tea. Looking forward to trying more drinks! Very VERY popular so be prepared to wait about 10mins for your tea. Worth it though

We ordered the oolong milk tea with herbal jelly and it was very disappointing. Extremely bland - no tea flavour whatsoever. Was like drinking plain milk with massive chunks of herbal jelly. Would not recommend going there.
