Friendly staff, usually a pretty good range. This is a clearance store, so they don't have the full range. They are a bit cheaper than the standard stores, and they do sell quality goods.
I bought 2 garments from here, got home and realised they were the wrong size. I returned them to the store and the store manager refused an exchange because they were thermal undergarments. When I asked for them back he refused to give them to me, and told me they would be destroyed. Then walked off. His behaviour was both odd and very unprofessional. I suspect he has put them back on the shelf to resell. Not cool...after 20 years using Macpac products I won’t shop at Macpac again.
