Lisa & Bruce provided top-notch relocation support for my dog leaving New Zealand. Lisa was always available to answer questions and provide guidance leading up to my dog's departure date. On the date of departure, Lisa regularly provided updates, photos and informed me of trip progress throughout. Highly recommend!

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO DO THIS THAN VENTUREPET After being disappointed by Pet Transport NZ (AKL) and losing out on money we’ve paid to them, we are so grateful to have found Lisa and her team at VenturePet. Lisa has worked so tirelessly to get our fur babies to Germany after so many other competitors have told us we don’t really have any options right now, especially with the backlogs they all have. Her flexibility in thinking has definitely helps her stand out in this very challenging time and get the jobs done so efficiently! We really cannot thank her enough for what she has done to help us. I can't say enough good things about VenturePet. Lisa was available by email or phone whenever I had questions, and she usually answered within 30 minutes. She helped us navigate the issues with getting proper forms, checkups, and vaccines for our two cats going to the United States even under short deadlines. She knew the procedures by heart, and made sure that our cats were on the same flight as us. She helped put us in touch with a company in the US to help clear customs, and coordinated the entire operation with the company. She sent us updates and pictures every step of the way, so we knew exactly what was happening and where our animals were in the process at any given moment. More than that, Lisa helped put a pet owner very concerned about transporting animals and travel in general during a pandemic at ease, and was reassuring and patient with all of my concerns at every stage of the process. I never felt - despite being overly protective and concerned about our cats - that she was anything but understanding of our stress. If you want to be assured your animals are in good hands traveling from New Zealand, definitely use VenturePet. Thank you so much for everything!
A while back I approached Venture Pets for an emergency arrangement. Not only were they compassionate and professional, but offered an amazing service. I do not hesitate to recommend them. Out pets were relocated quickly, professionally and without stress.

Fantastic company. Highly professional. Communication was constant and really helped us to feel at ease when our pets were travelling. They even checked to see how everyone was when we were settled. We felt extremely confident that our pets were well looked after. Thank you Venturepet.
They were great and quick to respond to questions. In the event I ever move back from NZ again, I would use them no question. The only issue I ran into was that the address for where to go in LA was wrong. But it was a minor issue and the office they sent me to knew the address of the other location.
I'm sorry this review is late, but Lisa is the absolute best. She was wonderful to work with and helped us moved our two cats very successfully despite all the issues caused by Covid. She helped make our new place in our new country more like home with our cats, and I will be forever grateful for her service. I highly recommend her and VenturePet!!
