I wouldn’t recommend this place to any women or travelers. Felt totally taken advantage of after landing here without another option. The owner was deceptive about price, unwilling to provide an estimate including gst, untimely with repairs and unable to articulate exactly what had been fixed. My friend and I were addressed as ‘tourists’ that ‘didn’t understand the rough coromandel roads’ (despite us living locally) and told to appreciate the overshot price he was offering as “better than a kick in the bum, girls”. I’ve had a similar repair done before where the part has actually been replaced at far less cost, explained this to the owner which he entirely dismissed and deflected.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. Dec 23, 2 days before Xmas we arrive at our Coromandel holiday destination and the trusty Landcruiser has a rear brake pad disintergration, also badly damaging the disc rotor. After one outfit telling me they could look at it on the 6th January these guys said get it here asap. Got it there that day, they had parts up from Thames by that afternoon and worked through to 8 pm to clear their backlog including our vehicle. Picked it up the next morning. Many thanks and merry christmas guys.

Cause our car were cracked of the front . We worried that we couldn’t drive back to Auckland. We drove our car to this place yesterday early morning . A young boy helped to move out broken bumping parts . He and his boss did us a big favor but charge nothing . We are so appreciate their help and feel gratitude to them . Young boy even comforted our anxieties of the car so we could feel safe and confident to drive highways. Thank them so much so much !
