Friendly staff who greeted me when I walked through the door. I was asked if I needed help which I did and was taken straight to the item I needed. I was left to browse the shop until I was ready to buy my item which was waiting on the counter for me. Great customer service.

Nice friendly service to the point to get things done. Bit expensive but that's hunting and fishing they make up for most of it in service. Best I have experienced at H&F

Pretty average in customer service. Was the only one in the store and had to go to the counter to ask if they had what I wanted, which they didn't considering they are a fishing shop. Have a variety of supplies but not like the big stores.
Great shop!!!! Much better then the old place. More open, bright, it's bigger & has a better vibe to it. It has a great range of gear in there. The customer service was ok, but could be work on. Other then that a great place for your outdoor, hunting & fishing needs. I'll be back, & I won't miss the sale next time.
Generally a great store. Unfortunately the last five times we have visited in the last last two months, the staff have been unfriendly and uninterested.
