My partner and I went in on the day of our party with some ideas and no idea how to get there. The staff member was already quite busy when we arrived but assured us she would be right over to help. Went above and beyond and didn't scoff too much at our previous use of "2 shop face paint". 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for any costuming or special effect needs.
