Loved the actual store and enjoyed to visit and buy stuffs in there. First time trying their online store and was pretty disappointed as I have ordered 10 sheet masks but when opened the package everything was wet and slimy. Packaging was fine from outside, everything is okay inside the bubble wrap. But when bubble wrap is open you can see inside was all wet and slimy. Definitely was a bad surprise.

Really friendly and efficient staff. I ordered click and collect and it was ready and bagged up to go 20 minutes later. Also prices are super reasonable, especially the sheet masks.
They have amazing customer service and really good face masks and other beauty products. Will definitely go back and buy more!
