First time there with our 2 kids (31). Initial impressions were of chaos, place looked tired and an owner/manager that entered into a business with no clear idea or direction. 3yr old loved it, though got knocked about a bit by the older kids. Interesting how no staff were about to enforce age restriction rules, both parents and kids(over 11) going up courses designed for \u003c10 year olds. The youngest didn't even get to go onto the littlies part. Partly because it was crazy busy (wonder if they have a fire safety restriction on entry, if not they should have), but in hindsite she's too young. So on that I would have expected management to have not charged her entry. So 23 for basically a 3yr old plus another 32 for really average food is very steep. Would I go there again? Only reason would be because there isn't anything else to compete with it around our area, though next time I take, more antibacterial wipes and our own food (the cheek of management having a sign at the front door stating that "in order to keep prices down, we ask that you buy our food"). Sell decent food and we'll buy it. But don't expect that we'll buy junk.

I've been to many of these potential Hell holes in more then one country, but this one is a exception. Nice areas for the kids, clean, safe, enough space. Very good staff, professional, fast and alert. Nice area for the smallest too.

First time here with our 3 years old. We found the place well organised, clean, ventilated and plenty of things to play with. The staff at the counter was super friendly and efficient. Great place to bring your little ones on a rainy Auckland day.

First impression is that the place look patched up. Tape holding bits together. Place looks old and unloved by the owner. Staff is incredible though, these young ladies are very friendly and know how to make good coffees for tired mummies and food is good price for value. On the other hand, DUSTING AND REPAIRS URGENTLY NEEDED ON EQUIPEMENT: absolutely disgusting to the point I wanted to leave straight away.

What a dirty place! Couldn't believe the filth as my son's feet were sticky and black within seconds. Staff were just standing around talking the whole time and could have been more productive cleaning. The cafe was also overpriced with poor quality food. Will not be back.

Good points - better opening hours than I had expected; really nice staff. Bad points - everything was so dirty, from the playground to the toilets, the floors, the chairs.. The tables had rubbish all over them, the policy is probably that people are expected to put their rubbish in the bins when they are vacating a table, but unfortunately that is unrealistic, I was there for four (long) hours and the tables were not cleared by staff once. Small carpark for what would easily be dozens of cars arriving each day, during the school holidays. Little to no healthy food options available from the on-site cafe.

DISAPPOINTING! - Firstly it's Expensive for what it is. 17. For a 1 & 4 year old. ... you pay extra for simple rides. - Dirty! Needs a really good clean & vacuum. We got there in the morning yet the carpet, rubber mats, toilets, change table , well actually everything was pretty un cared for, dirty. - my baby girls hands, socks & pants where sticky n dirty in first few minutes. - Very strict on the no outside food & drink rule... But there are No healthy options for children or adults. - All overpriced & high sugar, salt, fat , cheap, fast food. - not strict on the socks rules for adults. Just about all adults n the toddler zone today had shoes on or nothing...not even socks. Yuck! -staff looked bored... They could have been vacuuming the dust or cleaning all the dirt out or the rubber stairs or toilets etc... A lot could have been done to rid there boredom. Just saying . - no comfortable seating for adults and way to much of it...could use half that space for play things... But guess the owners feel there's no money to be made by making it a comfortable, clean zone for our children & careers. - shame as we would love a fun, clean place to come on rainy days . They need to step it up & clean it up. Clearly not impressed to say the least .
