Food and customer service is amazing, I come here at least once a month, I would highly recommend using these seasoning suggestions on the wall before cooking food, sweet Mongolian is my favourite, a lot of people seem to miss the board with what you should as to your meat for flavour, it’s probably why they don’t have the full experience, definitely recommend to all.

Staff outside was very polite and attentive. Food was great but the cooking area is dirty like it was not clean for a long time. Chef was okay, but inattentive and talking sometimes.

You can choose your own selection of salads, vegetables, meats, breads, soups and desserts. The chefs cook your creation in front of you. You can flavour it with oils, sauces and garlic and ginger, chopped peanuts to name a few. You can eat as much as you like. The facilities were clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Easy to cater to your diet as you just select what you want. Totally loved it and will go back

Came for my Dad’s Birthday with family and his close friends. Food choices were okay but would prefer the Genghis Khan either Botany or Epsom location.

Affordable price for the food you get. Though would love to have more desserts!

Great food selection and relatively quick compared to the Botany branch (possibly because it was Sunday though). The guy at front of house was extremely polite and somehow figured out we were celebrating my birthday, he gave us a discount without us even mentioning it (as the actual birthday is in 2 days). Very impressed!

The food was fresh which is great. My only criticism is the chairs and tables are squeezed in so not much room to move around. Lovely chef who took the time to talk to me as he cooked will definitely be going back

If you haven't been before, go with someone who is familiar with the place. Lack lustre service so it's not quite clear as to what or where or how you do things. We did ask but it felt as if it was such a dumb question with the response we got. So if you're going for the first time - Basically go straight up to the bar, get your table number assigned and then help yourself. Order your drinks from the bar.. The selection of foods were interesting as there were salads ranging from jelly at the salad bar to random noodles fried rice and corn chips at the sides bar and pancakes at the dessert bar. Some people will use 2x bowls to prepare their foods or maybe even use one of the bigger plates from their previous meal. There is a board that has good suggestions of what sauces/oils to use. It is tidy but not that clean and with the COVID year we've had the seasonings were left uncovered where everyone can stand and talk over whilst they wait for their food. ANYWAY... my thing is so many people like coming here. I can see how it is good value for money if you are a big eater and know how to put food together and what you like.. But i wpuld say go for the experience and then decide from there...
