Went for a xray ,walked in talked to the island brother at the front desk , had my xray and out in 20min . Shot to the bro mean services cuzzzzy

Very unreliable clinic. I made a booking a month in advance only to be informed a week before my anatomy scan, that they cannot do it (without any reasons). When asked to try and accommodate this appointment in another clinic, any time that may have worked for me seemed fully booked. I now have to call my obstetrician , find another clinic, that is available, bother my obstetrician to send referral elsewhere and bend over backwards, when all I did was organised myself and my booking in plenty of time. Lady on the phone was not helpful at all.

I wish there was a rating of 0.... worst ever service I’ve ever come across, had taken a day off to get the scan done as was in pain and that was only place with an appointment for today but was 6 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic only to be told by the receptionist abruptly that you are late and needs to be rescheduled despite me and husband pleading as this is the only time I could get it done as I was fasting with full bladder. Heartless people.Its their company policy if you’re 5 mins late your appointment gets cancelled....which was never told during booking.. how ridiculous... never recommend this place....pathetic service.

Terrible customer service and service, would not recommend anyone to do pregnancy related scans there. especially if you are first mum it would be traumatic experience. I was suggested to contact Health and Disability Commissioner because there are no Horizon Radiology complain process, there are no even feedback form on website.

Wish there was 0 rating option .such an terrible experience very bad customer service.were late by 8 minutes exactly.rung them saying that will b late by 5-8min as there was accident on motorway n traffic was bad.lady on reception was so rude.she was playing on phone or probably chatting on phone .didn't pay attention. Straight away said u have to go u r late.didnt even listen.told her that we came from 20km away. But was so rude.she said come tomorrow for another appointment.we declined but again told her to book for next day after 3-4mins n then she said I can't book now.it was for 23week pregnancy scan.will never recommend to go there unless u want to experience rude arrogant customer experience.surprised that these type of staff is hired

Great Service , been here a couple of times now for ultrasound and x-rays . Ultrasound appointments were on time and x-ray was always very fast with little wait time.

Went for an ultrasound growth scan at 33 weeks and the Asian lady was very unhelpful, couldn't tell me which body parts were where or the size and measurements. Response to every question was "I don't know because I don't know what size you were before". Upon leaving, she gave me an envelope with 'photos' of my scan, I opened the envelope in the car and all I saw was a blank black photo, no limbs or body parts to be seen. Wouldn't come back here again. New Lynn & Smales Farm Horizon are highly recommended though!
