Really helpful, knowledgeable staff, clearly passionate about their job and eager to understand customer needs. Great range of products where most can be tested in store. Store is always immaculately clean.

The lights in the store can make your makeup swatching look so deceiving. So they have hard out lighting in store to make it look sparkly and stand out, but I have noticed that when you walk out and look at your swatches, some of the makeup looks dull so keep that in mind. Also prices are a bit of a rip, I bought the James charles pallet for way cheaper with postage included from Morphe Au and still was cheaper than buying it from here. Would only ever buy from here if they had major sale.

I was obsessed with Mecca way before Covid. But I was so pleasantly surprised for the amazing Click and Collect service at Level 3. Well done Mecca Auckland. Can't wait to go back to normal and visit you more often.
