Most, if not all of the equipment is broken or damaged. The tokens look liked they were picked out from between a dead hobos toes(probably carrying the covid) and it must've known how much I didn't want them in my hands because it swallowed two of them for nothing! I paid double for what was advertised for a broken down service. My car still has goop on it and I used to wash cars professionally (for a summer period. I'm effective) never coming back here till its busted down and rebuilt by another proprietor.

Great location on quay st CBD, wash accepts 1 or 2 dollar coins. Could do with some TLC at some stations has the hoses often kink and leak otherwise no problems. Has a coin machine if you don't have coins on you.
Ash services my car regularly. Very reliable, follows up with any extra work if required. Pleasure to do business with.
After using the car was before Christmas and having a terrible experience, I am glad to say the Bay without water has been closed to other customers and I did receive contact regarding my complaint. Please keep up the efforts to respond to customer complaints and you'll continue to get better feedback. Just used the car wash this morning again, and everything working perfectly.

I like to thank Ash and his team as he is a down to earth guy and has good customer services as he always kept you in the loop about want was happening with your car. 5 star rate for excellent services, mean customer services and highly recommendation to anybody in NZ. Went last week - started with about 10 in the machine. Realized the high pressure hose was only spraying water - no soaps no matter what was selected. Over a week later - Sunday afternoon. Ended up by coincidence in the same booth (busy day and someone just finished up). Same issue. Tried calling customer service and phone just rings. Have wasted about 20 to spray water on my car. At least the brush worked.
