Maybe 12 residential landlords and these are my forth commercial landlord, and by far the worst ever!!! Lie about conditions of lease, in fact breached lease agreement!!! Had a 'shared' yard that they told the tenants to organise things for themselves, what a f'n joke, as long were coming in they don't lift a finger. Beware as a potential tenant or property owner, DODGEY!!! There are many other viable, reliable companies in Auckland!!! If I could go less than one star I would;) as you're aware many more issues involved than just parking, and no Jason I won't take this down!!! People have a right to know how you treat people and tenants!!!
