Went here for first time and was impressed. I like the way you book the procedures and they were right on time. Pleasant waiting room and all the staff welcoming and helpful. Why go to the other place in Manukau City (Horizon) to queue for a long time in tired old premises.

Poor phone service when i initially called to make an appointment. No manners used or a pleasant phone tone and quite an abrupt/rude lady when i asked a few questions. We arrived at the appt scheduled for today (on time)-the receptionist writes shoulder scan on the form though she was told its for the knee. Person scanning is very rough with handling of injured knee like shes in a rush to leave. Receptionist tells us to wait post scan with no further details etc. After waiting for 20mins with certainty they had forgotten about us (yes they did) we check to see what we are waiting for and its at that point she proceeds to do checks. She asks atleast x3 if we have full medical insurance and repeats the question over as if we do not understand her question or she cannot believe the answer she hears. From start to end terrible service providers-poor front of house staff service which is a let down and also the person doing the scan. I would much rather book elsewhere (this was recommended and closer).

I was hopelessly late for my appointment due to the Covid 19 lockdown chaos at the Bombay border of Auckland. The staff did everything possible to reschedule my appointment and the reception was outstanding. Just before the procedure Anna took over and I can testify that in my whole life I've never been treated better by a medical person. It is just a pity that I do not know what Anna looks like because she was wearing a mask

very disappointed with the receptionist as when i arrived at the clinic on 8 th oct i had an appointment at 615 pm .however i was early by 15 to 20 minutes and i then told the lady that i have an appointment at 615.there was a man who came after me but went in and started telling the lady he is late.i did not get a fair treatment as this man who had an earlier appointment and did not come on time on his scheduled appointment and arrived just before my appointment.i was treated unfailry as he should have been sloted after my tests or rebooked as he missed his appointment time and this is why appointments are given.becauce of this my mri was completed by 730.it only takes approx 20 minutes for each procedure.i was not happy as i complied with the time i was given and waited for 1 hour in car so that i am on time and yet i was punished .the front desk staff should read health and disability act .treat fairly and with respect.
