My experience with needing an xray and an ultra sound scan was totally positive. The person who answered my phone call to make the appointment was helpful, knowledgeable and very clear in her instructions. On arrival at the appointment, the person behind the reception desk was friendly, extremely pleasant and unhurried despite clearly being busy. The person who guided me down the hallway to the waiting area was equally friendly, pleasant and cheerful. The xray operator was friendly and patient and clear in her instructions. The friendly and approachable ultra sound radiology person told me what she was looking at every step of the way, and skilfully looked at many aspects of my sore thumb and compared it with the other one. My results came back to my physiotherapist the same day after being viewed by a radiologist. All-in-all a low stress experience being aided by pleasant, positive staff.
