The BMW service team have been brilliant the last couple of weeks. We needed a couple of issues ironed out with our X7. Their high level of knowledge on the car and professionalism was second to none. They communicated incredibly well via email and the phone. All the little details were spot on ... from the exceptional presentation of the staff, the products, their friendliness and hospitality... Nothing was a problem, look no further for AKL’s premium BMW team!

OCT2020 - Awesome new premise, spacious clean and modern compared to the previous site on Lake Rd. I was there for the air bag recall on a e39, still the same great Team in Service, led by Graham, Abay, Chris and rest of team are very attentive and go beyond in helping customer. The drop off time starts 730am so handy for some. Great waiting area design and amenities including message chairs, free wifi, you can BYOD, plug in, work while you wait. The only tiny thing that can be improved upon is the entry signage into the service lobby. First time visitors may be unsure which door to use. Keep up the good work... Service team absolutely deserved 6 stars out of 5!!! OCT2019-Good fast services. They keep you posted of the progress. Friendly staff in the Service department. There are quite a few global recalls on various models and staff are working hard to complete as many as they can. This is appreciated by the customers.

Great showroom and nice people but maybe a tad bit incompetent when it came to a simple airbag replacement - apparently they ordered the right part but the sticker on the box did not match the sticker on the part. Bit lame in my opinion and recalls for my other cars with airbag issues have been super seamless. How does BMW manage to stuff it up? You might say it's not the dealership's fault but dealer represents BMW and that's that.
I don’t usually do review for official car manufacturer dealer such as BMW as these guys have been known for hefty bills after servicing but hey, I had a great experience with Abhinay for his attentiveness and customer service down to explaining what the issues are and best course of action to take. A genuine guy, no marketing BS whom I felt comfortable dealing with. for sure I’ll come back for my next servicing. The new building is really nice as well and the ServicePlus for older cars is a top notch service which is priced competitively. Better pricing than other independent workshops. cheers
