Awesome team and really thorough. Got our 12 year old machine back up and running even though it had never been serviced before! All for a really great price 10/10 would recommend.

Great service, easy location for drop off and pick up and clear pricing. Same day turn around and machine running as new. Stark contrast vs the last place that sat on my machine for weeks.
Some good, mainly poor - I would give 2.5 stars if I could. Poor: [1] Didn't do what was originally asked - which was assess machine for price X - and seemed surprised when I asked why, when they said they had ordered part without authorisation. 'There must have been a mis-communication.' ... OK... but I have the text discussing initial options... [2] Incredibly poor communications ... took multiple follow-ups and chasing down by myself to find out what was happening etc. [3] Machine came back with something that WAS working now NOT working [I used to have a working by-pass ... now, not so much.] If they had done a full assessment like they said, then this would be working... well, if you infer things logically... and, once, fixed, you would expect an assessment to catch if something was now NOT working. [4] The quality of the coffee - relative to the coffee produced by the machine before being submitted for assessment is significantly - is weak. Pursuant to [3][4] I relayed these concerns, and others, to the business per their FB Messenger, the message has clearly been seen and ignored (which is prompting this negative review). The Good: [1] Price point for work is excellent - can't fault them for that at all. [2] The machine DOES now make coffee again, even without the working bypass, albeit the coffee is nowhere near as good a previously produced by the machine ... so, at least that's a ... umm... positive. Summary: I think this company is, probably, potentially, pretty good - obviously the positive reviews they have had suggest such. It is also possible that the service I received is NOT emblematic of the company's usual level of service. However, on the basis of the service I received, while I can't uniformly say 'avoid', do be careful and very clear about expectations and agreed work.
I brought my coffee machine in for repair, after a week I called them for an update and was told the machine was completely rusted inside and not repairable. He said he would get back to me with the cost of a new machine, which he never did. Meanwhile I called Breville who said it didn't sound right and asked for another repair shop to check the machine. The new technician fixed the machine very quickly and told me it was ready to pickup. When I picked up the machine at the other repair shop, he told me it was an easy fix and showed me a photo of the inside of the machine; no rust at all. I'm not sure why these guys tried to lie; I was willing to pay for the repair, but I guess they wanted to gamble on trying to get more money out of me by selling me a machine. Either way I wont be going back or recommending this place.

E.R.S. had my VBM reconditioned within 24hrs & did a wonderful job. Cleaned, de-scaled & repaired. It hasn't worked this good since I unpacked it brand new over 15 yrs ago. I'm so pleased with Craig/Dan's work, I highly recommend them for all your coffee machine maintenance.
I've used these guys a few times recently on coffee-machine related business and found them to be extremely competent, friendly and reliable, with reasonable prices. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. Furthermore they went above and beyond expectations in terms of follow up service. These are now my go to coffee machine specialists.
