I got my bumper fitted by ole Coombes on my m5 , it started to show signs of coming loose , so as ya do I went back to ole Coombes an hit him up, well he took a couple of photos an proceeded to tell me I needed more parts that were either broken or missing , still waiting on that e mail which I’m sure will be entertaining an insist I pay yet again, yeah right Coombes me ole mate, see I was brought up in the days of a deal on a handshake and a man is only as good as his word, only a few good men left it seems

BMW Hamilton The customer service is as fine as the vehicle, A1. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing for services. I was called about all issues with my car and offered genuine, practical solutions. The staff are efficient and friendly. It's nice dealing with people who have common sense and a can do attitude. What impressed me the most was discussing the future care of my vehicle and what to do about it. Thanks for grooming my car too. I can't speak highly enough of this company.

A disappointing experience all around. We purchased a 2015 X5 from out of town and noticed when we picked it up the tyres were showing signs of wear, we were told that they would last a decent amount of time, i.e another warrant cycle. 3 months (4000km) later the rear tyres have worn through to the canvas on the inner shoulder, and are no longer serviceable The front left tyre has worn out the outside shoulder, this could have been picked up with a simple wheel alignment. On contacting the dealer they will not stand behind the vehicle they sold. Very disappointing. We have since given the car a wheel alignment its was massively out (11mm Toe in the front)

Very disappointed with customer service i order items for my husband as anniversary gift on aug 8 until now oct 13 items are not complete also ring and come to shop many times still no action taken. Waste of time waste of money. They ruined our wedding anniversary worse customer service ever.
