Very disappointed with the service today! The employee had gotten my order wrong and when I kindly said to her this isnt what i ordered she said oh i thought thats what you pointed at on the picture and said sorry then looked at me. I was expecting her to atleast offer to make me the drink I initially ordered but just stood there. I was willing to wait while she get the drinks done for two other customers behind me but could tell she wasnt bothered. I just threw away my drink purely because I was not happy about her lack of customer service and couldnt enjoy my gong cha anymore.

Delicious hot blackpearl tea.Service was quick,the p.o.s server gave me a 'Im tired' buzz,besides that the tea was yummy,sweet and worth my 4.70.

The tea are always good, i just don't understand that almost everytime i asked no ice, they gave me ice, and i asked 30%ice there is no ice in there, that kind of things always happens and i clearly mentioned, and it's pretty much all gongcha in the town, i don't mind if it happens occasionnaly, but it's always like that

Absolutely dissatisfied customer pearls were soft and yucky, taro was flavourless I paid extra for ice and pearls disgusting never again I want my 8.90 back.

The Dirt Tea Milk Bubble Tea is never available at this place, there is always an excuse for why... yesterday was no Pearls and today it is available after 1pm. Very poor service if they haven't prepared for the day and are advertising drinks that are never available.

I don’t know if it’s just me but they always make really good tea at this Gongcha. Feels like the pearls to tea ratio is perfect . The other stores I’ve been to feel like they don’t add enough pearls . I’ve been to the st lukes, Silvia Park , two in the city and the one in new market and out of all of them this is my favourite .
