Visited today before 8.20am, waited till 8.35am after the door not opened I went inside to ask one of the receptionist for X-ray place. She told me to go to otara as they don’t open if less patients. Told by doctor to come on Tuesday. Then why online says it’s open?? Update or answer the call centre. Called few times.

Rude Receptionists and so unprofessional . Dunno why she is sitting their after so many BAD reviews I think now time is come MANAGER should take some action against her otherwise no point giving our reviews here about service.They seem like they hate doing their jobs and couldn't care any less to make the work environment more positive. Our appointment at 4:15pm And they finish 4 pm locked the door and put the sign on door closing 4 pm after when we visit next day she lie and saying we were open. Even one of Dawson staff checked the door was locked and they finish early and we were waiting for our appointment from last 3 weeks end up with nothing. After that receptionist super rude even she doesnt know how to talk . So guys have look the reviews before visit this place .

Rude. Receptionists and woman who scanned us was extremely grumpy like they were dead inside. They seem like they hate doing their jobs and couldn't care any less to make the work environment more positive.

Radiologist was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything she was doing and was SUPER helpful with my questions. Will definately go here again.

Unprofessional behavior by the receptionist- rude .. very rude - treated us like we were there to get some freebies... would never visit again for sure and I advise others the same... we went there for emergency scanning...
