Always go here for my WOF. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Kaiapoi in 2007. Unlike some other places, this company only fails the car when things actually need doing. They wil also let you know of any work that might need doing before the next warrant is due. Highly recommend them.

While it seems the service most people have received was positive, unfortunately mine is negative. I sent them two slotted and dimpled brake disks, which evidently their brake machining tool was not appropriate for. As a result both disks were destroyed, and they just offered me half off the price for machining, 26. After contacting the MTA for mediation they offered to refund the 26 I paid. This for me is unacceptable. The pair of disks is worth close to 500. Ruining one due to inexperience or incompetence is one thing, but doing the second one is unacceptable. If you have high performance components and/or cars, I cannot recommend this company.
They are not a good service and what I ask for change the motor oil is 0w16，but they do another oil for me! And the oil is still so dark, and they just said, we can’t clean that up, we just remove and fill up the oil for you! Ugly!
Great service very honest with wofs Staff member could be a bit more helpful over minor infarctionslike fog light not working only needed to put bulb in.And charge for it of cause instead of rejecting warrent. Otherwise great kaiapoi gem

These guys wee brilliant! The receptionist was very nice to deal with. She made the booking for me. The guys came and collected the car and dropped it back at my home. They organized contactless options fr payment. The car was clean And disinfected on return. Thank you William's Auto Kaiapoi. You have a new customer!
