My Mum lives on her own in Katikati after losing my Dad in July. Back in September we realised that her car needed a Warrant of Fitness and that it was about to expire. With little warning, we dropped in to the Katikati Auto Super Shop and they not only made room for us but did it all in double quick time. Unfortunately the car failed the WoF and I was due back in Auckland to work. What blew me away was that the following week (after ordering the parts we needed from Tauranga) they collected Mum's car, serviced and warranted it then dropped it back to her. I cannot remember all the names of the people working there but their receptionist was amazing and Mick (spelling?) and his team were so good to us. They took the worry away from my Mum and I and for that we are really grateful. Thanks! :-)
