I can't recommend 'The Call Centre' highly enough. Having monitored calls on behalf of a client and called them myself as a 'mystery shopper' I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They fully deserve 5 star reviews.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Call Centre since I started work with my current employer, I have found that The Call Centre Staff and Management are professional, reliable and offer a fantastic service at a great price. Nothing is too difficult, no amount of short notice too much of a problem. It means my After Hours/Public Holidays/Emergency Shutdowns or Xmas staff parties don’t leave me with hundreds of missed calls and angry members. As the contracts manager for my organisation I pride myself on selecting the right fit for the organisation, and so far I could not fault the services provided.
We Engaged the Call Centre Limited over a year ago to manage our after hours calls as we have 24 x 7 Support desk. They have been excellent from the initial on boarding through to today. They log tickets on our systems so our workflows are unaffected during and after hours. Since using them our customer feedback and service has increased significantly.
