Worst experience I've ever had at a Mecca Beauty Store. I went in this week and as soon as I entered the shop it felt hostile. The staff followed me around like I was trying to steal something. They then huddled together and were clearly talking about me, looking in my direction. Suddenly more staff were lurking around me and I have literally done nothing wrong. I spend hundreds of dollars a year at Mecca and will never visit this store again. I left went to Sephora, they treated me far better. Talk to your staff about decent manners. I see other people have reported these same experiences, it's not good enough.

I was served my McKenzie (Not sure if that’s spelt correctly) she was such an amazing make up artist! She was so patient and polite with me. She gave me plenty of options and tips that I needed! Honestly I had such an amazing experience with this lovely young lady! Would definitely come back to be served by you! She didn’t rush me and put in all her time and effort to help me choose the right products! I left with everything I wanted! Go McKenzie

Grey ...She is a superstar. Friendly and professional with brilliant knowledge of products and incredible skills! Her passion for skin care is enchanting! She usually does my make-up for all types of occasions & I always feel and look fantastic when she is finished Although we all think at first her name is Grace..It is Grey & Mecca Sylvia will be my only go too until the day she moves on-Then I must follow. Spray And Walk Away!

Went in to have my make up done by Grace and she was wonderful! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she replicated it beautifully. Staff were very lovely, store was clean and I was taken very good care of.

The staff here are so horrible. The hiring process for Mecca needs to be better, I will not return to this store because of the horrible service.

I wear makeup almost daily, and have shopped at this specific store previously on a day I wore makeup. I was approached by a kind staff member and she helped a lot. Today was a day I didn't wear makeup, but I wanted to buy a few things. I already had what I wanted in mind, I just needed help to find a few more options for a white liquid or gel graphic liner. I was waiting by a display for someone to open it so I could get what I wanted. Instead a lady walked up to me and just stood there until I moved to open the draw and get the product for ANOTHER customer. She didnt even ask me to move. Another lady asked us to move without asking if we needed any help. Needless to say, we left within 5 minutes of entering the store, as we were being herded into a corner by the staff who ignored us. No one greeted us, no one said goodbye, no one helped. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I got my makeup done at Mecca Sylvia Park, I showed the lady the look I was after and she was confident she could do it well not only did she give me BOLD eyebrows when I wanted natural, the eyeshadow was also too dark and foundation didn't even match my skin. She kept asking me which shade do I prefer ummmm isn't that the whole reason I'm paying YOU to do my makeup!??? Because you're the "PROFESSIONAL"!??? Why even say you can do it when really you can't!?? The photo I showed her and the look she done looked NOTHING alike. Omg I was so embarrassed I ended up going straight to my car and went home and washed it all off! Waste of my time and money. I would NOT recommend going here. I can't believe this person is doing makeup on paying customers with her poor skills.
