My vehicle had a wheel damaged whilst in for a service. I emailed them with photos and all I got back was a email from Deb denying it, saying there is no curbs at their carpark and the car never left. 1. The car is stated to have been test driven on the road after said service. 2. I don't against curbs on the driverside!!!!! 3. The vehicle had been cleaned in a wash bay not present in said carpark. Poor excuse from Bayswater, especially for the cost of their work. I work in a very similar industry and no way would that we would treat our customer with such disrespect!
