We had a work truck filled with incorrect fuel, which subsequently broke down. Contacted this company and they towed it back to their workshop, drained and cleaned out the incorrect fuel and had the vehicle ready for collection, all on the same day that we contacted them, for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service, thanks!

After discussing and being advised a price to fix problems with our car, by phone, I took our car in to be fixed. I was advised that they would phone us if it were to be more than expected. No phone call received. When we went to pay however the price had tripled. When I queried this, his response was that I did not have the phone quote in writing and what was I going to do about it?!*!? Well, I'm advising you all to use MIDAS in Nelson, who have always been amazing and true to their word. Every single time we have used them. I will never ever recommend Nicholls Auto Centre after the experience we have had and definitely never use them again!!!

Very good experience, profesional attitude, realistic time&cost estimate, clear explanation and reasonable pricing. We would definitely come back if needed. Phil towed our campervan as our alternator failed and had it fixed in 2 days. He lent us his own car for no charge so we could get to work which saved us some worries. We always expect to get rippped off since we're backpackers who don't understand cars but this time we felt like we get fair treatment and even extra help

Awesome service from a friendly team. No nasty surprises, they called me when there was an issue and told me the price of parts then where able to go the extra mile to find a better price. No fuss straight up bunch that helped me out of a tight spot. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Not only did they save me money they had me mobile promptly and gave me handy information.
