Business is located away from the main road down the end of a long driveway. No appointment WOF; 3yrs old LDV G10. Changed a headlight bulb. Pointed out some undercarriage surface/bubbling rust, clearly explained why it is a common issue/solution. Friendly staff/family-like feeling the longer I stayed. Decent price - No complaints/my new go-to place for all vehicle related stuff...I even got to jam a bit of my Spanish with staff. Muchas gracias a todo el personal

Terrible! I dont know how people are satisfied with this company with a star rate of 3 and over? I went there and the man was rude! Receptionist was as worst?! She wasnt organized. Didnt understand that i wanted to use my insurance. By the sound and look of it. She didn't do anything! until my insurance had to make sure the papers were done by letting her FINALLY send the papers on the cost of the part. Talking bout my car part...my car was starting up ok. Just needed the hoses to be tightened and thermostat to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting for my car i finally got the car out, it had starting up problem, engine light comes on. And water temp is rising........NOT ONLY THAT but instead of giving my phone back to me asap when i got my car back from them, the receptionist told me they took my IPHONE out of my car cause they take values out of cars. Probably cause she found out its not working..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Still on a dispute with this company. Waiting for rehearing, questionable price, timing and workmanship. Unreliable and borderline dishonest. Failed twice, told me its not my fault then said the opposite on the hearing at the Henderson district court. 10000 spent with a failed engine. Paid 3800 and wrote 3500 paid on the invoice. Even my friend who used to go there stopped going and told me to go elsewhere. Does not do things by the books. I can not recommend.
