Very pleased with what could have been a stressful experience. When our van's transmission went out we called numerous mechanics and described our problem, most said they couldn't even look at the van for 5-8 days. The team at Torque checked our van that afternoon, and then got the replacement parts shipped in and fixed the problem before the weekend, all for a fair price. I hope we don't need to, but I would take our van back here if we needed another repair.

These guys totally saved us! We were stranded after putting unleaded in our diesel van . No other garage would take us and the tow fee to a campground was going to be really high. They met us, towed us back to the shop and drainined the tank (which was slightly complicated in our particular van) and had us back on the road in a couple hours (enough time to make it to Milford sound as planned). All for a very reasonable rate. I am forever grateful. And a little irritated that the other tourists with the same problem thought the rate was unreasonable. Other garages were quoting double or more with no tow. These guys are honest, kind, and professional and completely saved our long anticipated holiday from a serious upset. A million thanks!

To flee if you are tourists. Dishonest staff. We paid 215 to drain our car (petrol), it was the only garage available... now we understand why.
