Was here on a Saturday morning and interacted with about 4 staff members who were all friendly and helpful. Special mention to EJ, I had a few transactions and returns to sort out and he was patient and efficient. Great Team at Torpedo 7 Sylvia Park.

Friendly staff, always have had a staff ask if help is required and are always ready to help with any questions or assistance. Store is tidy and items are easy to locate on each department.

Big sized store with plenty of range and choice. It has been changed around a fair bit since I was last in. Really like the bike workshop facility as well as the selection of brands. Icebreaker clothing is well laid out and easy to shop. Ambience was good in store and got approached 3 times while in store which was great considering the size and the fact i was in their for 30 minutes.

First time to shop here and I was with my family carefully considering some stuffs for camping when a warm and smiling, Mallory, came to our rescue and within minutes we already have our choice. arrogant kiwi male staff couldn't feel any warmth, extremely cold service would think twice before buying here as it is not worth it given the unfriendly service.
