Jake's is worth a visit to Twizel - it has such an enormous range of stock. We've visited a couple of times for bike related things but it also has a wonderful selection of hardware, homeware, gardening etc.

Absolutely THE best shop in the entire country! Found masses of everything and such good quality. Puzzles, writing paper/notecards, hardware, games, toys, camping, fishing, tech stuff - beats any warehouse any day! You could seriously do all your Christmas shopping for everyone in here!!! Amazing service too.
Luv the place and spend far to much money there. If they haven't got a product in stock it hasn't been made yet.. Super helpful staff as well.
